Delivery & Shipping

1. Delivery times

Many items in the store are available for immediate delivery in the specified size. Repeat orders and custom-made products depend on the order situation and can be requested. We will also send you an electronic order confirmation in which you will receive confirmation of the delivery time. We will also use your e-mail address to provide you with other helpful information in connection with your order, such as delivery and returns confirmations or free payment reminders.

2. Delays

If the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by e-mail.

3. Logistics partner

The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

4. Collection

The goods can always be collected from the studio on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment.

5. Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

6. Shipping costs

Germany: free of charge from a purchase of €300.00 (standard parcel shipping)

European Economic Area*: €16.00; (standard parcel shipping)

**For deliveries to non-European or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please enquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are to be borne by you.


As a private individual, you can return the items you have purchased to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure that the goods are complete and in an unused, undamaged and resalable condition.

Return label (domestic)

We will bear the costs of returning goods from within Germany if you send us an item with a retail price of more than

40 € to us, otherwise you bear the costs of the return shipment. Please send your request for the provision of a return label to ​

Return label (abroad)

You bear the cost of returning goods from abroad.

We ensure secure SSL encryption at check-out. Security at the same level as online banking.

Product can be reordered

Each product is only available in stock in very limited quantities. There may therefore be bottlenecks in availability in the event of increased demand. If a product is declared as “not in stock” in the store, our production department is already working flat out to produce new items.

We ask for your understanding that diligence is more important to us than speed and that it can take up to 8 weeks before a product is available. This is the case if you request an item made of latex marble. We produce the material ourselves from vegan rubber milk and therefore the production of the item takes a little longer.
